Definition of Adverb

اور حتیٰ کہ پورے جملے کے بارے میں مزید معلومات دیتا ہے۔

Examples:
- Tomorrow I must wake up early.

کچھ ہوتا ہے۔ how often ہمیں بتاتے ہیں کہ کتنی دفعہ Adverbs of Frequency

always, sometimes, often, never, ever, frequently, daily, weekly, monthly, annually, hardly, rarely

سوالات بنانے کے لیے استعمال ہوتے ہیں, Interrogative Adverbs

Why, how, where, when
Examples:
- Where do you work?
- How do you get to your workplace?
- When do you reach your office?
روشناس کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ relative clauses کو Relative Adverbs
:- جیسے الفاظ ایسی جگہوں پر لگتے ہیں why اور where, when
Examples:
- I do not know why he got angry.
- This is the place where I wanted to pass my remaining life.
- You know well when I get furious.

Adverbial Nouns
کو مزید معنی adverb کسی grammatically جو noun phrases یا noun ایسے
adverbial nouns سے متعلق دیتے ہیں time, distance, weight, age, or monetary value
:کہلاتے ہیں۔ جیسے
an hour, an ounce, two kilograms, five dollars, forty years
Examples:
- I am leaving tomorrow.
- We walked an hour out of town.
- I will see you next year.
- I run five miles every day.
- I am trying to lose a few kilograms.
- She is 35 years old.
- This car costs Rs.10 lacs.
- This shirt is worth Rs.100.

استعمال ہوں تو adverbs اگر کسی جملے میں دو یا دو سے زیادہ
:- انہیں مندرجہ ذیل ترتیب میں استعمال کیا جا تا ہے

نہیں لگا سکتے۔ adverb کی پوزیشن بہت اہمیت رکھتی ہے۔ ہم اپنی مرضی سےجہاں دل چاہے Adverbs
لگانے سے معنی تبدیل ہو سکتے ہیں۔ Adverb نا مناسب جگہ پر

Examples:
- He likes very much his father.
- Hold tight him.
غلط جگہ پر لگا ہے۔ یہ معنی تو وہی دےرہے ہیں مگر جملوں کی ادائیگی صحیح نہیں لگ رہی۔ adverb یہاں

کے درمیان نہیں لگایا جاتاجیسا کہ اوپر کی دو مثالوں میں سمجھایا گیا ہے۔ object اور اس کے verb کو Adverb

:-کے بعد میں لگائے جاتے ہیں، جیسے intransitive verb عام طور پر Adverbs of Manner
- Ali is talking loudly.

عام طور پر جملے کے آخر میں لگتے ہیں Adverbs of Time اور Adverbs of Place
:-جیسے
- Ali is playing outside.
- Ahmed has arrived yesterday.

سے پہلے main verb کو عام طور پر Adverbs of Frequency
بھی ہو تو اس کے بعد میں لگایا جاتا ہے، auxiliary verb اور اگر کوئی
:-جیسے
- Ali never gets angry.
- Ali Akbar had always traveled by road.
Rule Number: 5
کو ان کے متعلقہ الفاظ سے پہلے لگایا جاتا ہے، Adverbs of Degree
:-جیسے
- The bus was very late.
- Ali wrote quite well.

:-ہوتی ہیں degrees کر نے کے لیے compare کو بھی adverbs کی طرح کچھ Adjectives
- Positive Degree
- Comparative Degree
- Superlative Degree
ہوتے ہیں یعنی بولنے میں ان کی ادائیگی ایک یا دو ٹکڑوں syllables جن میں ایک یا دو adverbs ایسے
:-لگایا جا تا ہے “est” بنانے کے لیے superlative اور “er” بنانے کے لیے comparative میں ہوتی ہے تو
