Subject: Grant of scholarship for higher studies:

The Government of Britain has invited applications for the grant of scholarships for higher studies in their country. They have offered this scholarship to all professionally talented students. The advertisement appeared in all the leading Urdu and English newspapers in the country on June 27, 2010. The scholarship is supposed to be enjoyed by those students who have topped the list of successful candidates in the fields of law, medicine, commerce, science, and agriculture. Fortunately, I fall into the category of students who can avail themselves of this opportunity.

A summary or resume of my educational career is given below:

I did my graduation in commerce from Hailey College of Commerce and topped the list of successful candidates.
I did my Master in Commerce from Oxford College, Karachi, and was declared 1^st among the successful candidates.
I got a degree in M.B.A. (finance) from LUMS University, Lahore. I got first class in this.
I won three gold medals in my academic career.
I took an active part in extra-curricular activities and was declared the best debater at the Hailey College of Commerce. I played cricket in college and got a certificate as the best opening batsman.
